If you encounter a problem using our software, please have a look at the manual (available in the sidebar on this page). If you can't find the answer over there, feel free to contact us, we will be happy to work with you to solve any question or problem. We will reply to your e-mail within 48 hours, and most likely much sooner.

Customer satisfaction

We value the relation with our customers and we want them to be 100% satisfied. If they are not, we will fully refund any product within 30 days after purchase. All our products are shareware so we would urge you to evaluate them before you purchase them.

Suggestions or feature requests

User feedback has guided our development efforts. Don't hesitate to contact us if you have a great idea for a new iMap or Carnoy feature. We are also interested in how you are using our programs to make your research easier.
